For more than 80 years, St. Mary’s
Medical Center has proudly served the residents of the Tri-State with
the highest quality medical services and programs. Over the years,
St. Mary’s role within the community and within the region has
continued to evolve. New programs and improved technologies have been
added, and always with an eye toward providing cost-effective health
care.
St. Mary’s Medical Center Foundation
is a private, not-for-profit 501c(3) tax-exempt affiliate of St.
Mary’s Medical Center. The Foundation’s role is to assist
in providing resources needed for the changing healthcare needs
of the surrounding communities through raising and distributing
funds to maintain vital medical center programs. As declared in
the mission statement, “The Foundation will not only provide
long term financial support for sustaining and enhancing St. Mary’s
Mission, but also community awareness of quality, creative and cost
effective programs that promote wellness as well as treat illness.”
St. Mary’s has built a tradition of faith,
hope, healing, service and, most of all, the tradition of caring.
The basis of the St. Mary’s Medical Center Foundation is the
desire to build on this tradition through the further expansion
and growth of St. Mary’s healthcare mission.
